Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
Agreement
By accessing or using TruSource, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use TruSource on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
TruSource lets you create workspaces, upload documents, invite members, and ask questions with answers backed by citations from your content. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Workspace owners control membership, content, and deletion of their workspaces.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited members comply with these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or share
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or abuse the service
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law
- Use TruSource to generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful output at scale
Your content
You retain ownership of documents and other content you upload. You grant TruSource a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your workspace members. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
AI-generated answers
Answers are generated from your uploaded documents and may be incomplete or incorrect. TruSource provides citations to help you verify responses, but you should not rely on outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content in your organization.
Availability and disclaimers
TruSource is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruSource and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros if you use a free plan.
Termination
You may stop using TruSource at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
